The Path to Healing

Forgiveness, unconditional love, and light, are the components of the trinity that you need to assist you in releasing the curses, negative thoughts, and wishes that you had sent out during times of your desperation.

Since this was done in a ritual we recommend you use a ritual now as well. Rituals help you focus your thoughts and your energy. If you feel overwhelmed by emotion the first time you do this, give yourself some time. Be gentle with yourself. Repeat this anytime you meet someone who you feel may have been an inquisitor or someone who you or your family during your previous lifetimes. Only YOU can stop your “boomerang” and free your soul.

The Revocation of Curses

Prepare three white candles, tea light candles are fine, but any will do. Mediate or contemplate about what your intentions are.

The first candle represents everything from the past. It is to forgive everyone who has ever harmed you or your family. It is to forgive yourself for being in that situation.

The second candle represents the present, and your conscious decision to release all curses and negative energy. It is for unconditional love. It is the highest available energy that will release all curses, negative thoughts, and wishes. Send unconditional love to those who harmed you or your family. Fill them with unconditional love, and fill yourself with unconditional love. If you are having a hard time feeling love, try to think of people, pets, food, anything that you love, and feel that same love for those who harmed you, and also for yourself. There are no excuses.

The third candle represents your future. It is for light, to illuminate the Path of Light for all those that you have forgiven. They can see the light and walk that path if they choose. This light will also illuminate the same path for you.

When you are ready, light each candle while saying your revocation out loud. Mean it and feel it, speak from your heart, not your mind; otherwise you are simply saying empty words.

First candle:

By the power of three,

I forgive thee.

(This means people who harmed you, your family, and your friends.)

Second candle:

By the power of unconditional love,

I heal our soul wounds,

And, I, dissolve all our soul bonds.

(Curses or negative thoughts bond your souls together, creating the boomerang.)

Third candle:

By the power of light,

I illuminate the light within,

For us all,

To shine on the path,

Toward a new life.

(Darkness and fear within us no longer have the power to intimidate us.)

Take a few days to reflect on how far you have come, and what waits you after the ritual. There is nothing holding you back anymore. Your soul mission in this lifetime was to heal. You accomplished that. What is next? What it is that you would like to do? How can you be in service?

Finding your Soul Symbol

Only you will know when you are ready for this. Practice staying neutral in your emotions every day.

1. Build a safe nest for your Ego, your physical being (as described in chapter 6). Tell yourself often that it is SAFE for you to embrace your gifts once again.

2. Quiet your mind, meditate, and practice to be one with the Universe. Set your judgment aside, question your fears as they are clues to what needs to be healed.

3. Practice trusting your higher self and God. Perhaps you may need to have a good conversation with God to discuss and let out how betrayed and angry you feel/felt. Then listen with your heart as unconditional love pours in.

Ask that you remember your soul symbol, and pay attention to signs and synchronicity in your life. The odds are that you have already seen your symbol many times, you just did not consciously recognize it at the time. When you find your soul symbol, your key to your soul, you will know. You will have an “AHA” moment in which many doors will open to you.

Once you re-discover what your soul symbol is (it can be a number, a geometric shape, a picture, it can be in a physical shape or etheric) take or imagine your soul symbol and practice this little exercise:

First, make a firm decision that you are done suffering. Review your life, be honest with yourself. See what worked, see what did not. Once again, if need be, forgive yourself and others. Take what you have learned and use it as a strong foundation. You have learned A LOT in this lifetime, and in the past.

When you define your foundation (what made you who you are today) then accept it and fill yourself with unconditional love. Love every moment of your life, good days and bad days.

Put one of your hands, palm facing down on your belly button (3rd chakra) and the other facing down on your throat (5th chakra). Say these words and FEEL them (feel the emotions) in your body. You need to feel the energy of these words – the words are empty if the energy from your emotions are not in them.

1) I live the truth! (3rd chakra)

2) I speak the truth! (2nd chakra)

3) I am the truth! (4th chakra)

Then exchange the hands in a clockwise motion, the one that was on your belly button will now be on your throat and vise versa. Repeat this. Take your time. Breath through the words and FEEL THEM.

As the last step put both of your palms on your heart and breath this symbol in. Merge with your symbol and accept this symbol as part of you.

Now imagine this symbol traveling to your higher self (it is your key) to unlock the knowledge that your higher self is storing for you for several hundreds of years. Your symbol become one with your higher self and your body. (key+soul knowledge) Your symbol brings two broken pieces of your soul back together into your physical body. You are whole. Imagine you are standing with your sisters and brothers by the fire and taking back what you have hidden away for so long.

When you do this honestly from your heart, allow yourself to exist and feel without any fear. You will then embark on a new journey. You will perform all physical tasks with honesty and integrity (I live the truth!) You will always express yourself truthfully without lies or empty promises (I speak the truth!) You will become your true self, and the door to the ancient truths will be open for you. You will become the embodiment of the frequency of truth (I am the truth!). Your spark will ignite others.

In conclusion, releasing curses will stop the boomerang effect that causes blockages to keep coming back into your life. Finding your soul symbol will open a door into the ancient library of wisdom that is hidden within your higher self. This is the way back home. Sometimes, you have to retrace your steps, and mend the broken pieces of your soul in order to find the true essence of your being so that you can move forward in your journey.
